We are proud of our VI Form provision and welcome students joining our community, whether internal or external. The VI offers an inspiring curriculum which allows students to reach their potential and supports their aspirations. The VI Form provides excellent opportunities for students who appreciate where learning can take them and who have the motivation and ambition to reach their full personal, professional and academic potential. Our dedicated VI Form area enjoys its own facilities including a common room and study area.

One of the keys to success following GCSE is choosing the right courses; at Lammas VI Form we will guide you through your choices, as well as supporting your future career plans and university opportunities. When you join Lammas VI Form a fully structured pastoral support network is in place to guide your decision-making, support your progress and to help you plan for the next steps in fulfilling your aspirations.

We ensure those students wishing to pursue specific vocations and careers are guided to make choices which will lead to the very best higher education, apprenticeship and employment opportunities. We care about the destinations our students take beyond their time at the Lammas School – our students secure places at Russell Group Universities, Oxbridge Colleges and apprenticeships with industry leaders.

As well as striving for academic success, as a Lammas VI Former you will have the opportunity to build on your interests and develop your leadership skills through a variety of partnerships and initiatives, opportunities Lammas VI Form is constantly expanding.

Every year, students are offered the opportunity to take part in a range of trips and visits and many choose to volunteer or take part in charity work.

All VI Form students are issued with a Chromebook as part of our push to continuously raise the standards of flexible learning and study for all students. Please see the Acceptable Use of IT and Digital Home School Agreement. We use strategies that ensure students are making accurate use of their Chromebook during class. This could be accurate and conscious use of notetaking, updates via google classroom, online quizzing or marking via Kami.
