Our Year 7 and 8 students recently took part in the proud Lammas tradition of Team Building Day, an opportunity designed to strengthen bonds, build confidence, and celebrate the power of working together.
Across a series of engaging and demanding challenges, students showed their ability to collaborate, demonstrating empathy, resilience, and determination. They learned the value of clear communication, supporting one another as they navigated tasks that required both individual courage and collective problem-solving.
As the sun shone, the day was filled with moments that highlighted leadership in action. Students stepped up to guide their peers, encouraged each other through unfamiliar experiences, and discovered new strengths within themselves and their teams.
It was a fantastic day filled with fun, laughter, new friendships and an experience to remember for all involved!
