Continuing to Build Healthy Habits Together

By 14 May 2025No Comments

Our successful parent-student wellbeing workshops continue to go from strength to strength this term, with families once again coming together to explore the benefits of cooking and healthy eating at home.

Now a valued part of our termly enrichment offer, these sessions are designed to spark meaningful conversations about wellbeing, encourage nutritious habits and foster strong relationships. With guidance from our staff and plenty of hands-on opportunities, participants work together to prepare meals that are both enjoyable and nourishing.

The workshops have become a firm fixture in our calendar, creating a space where students and parents can learn side by side and take away practical skills to use in daily life. Rooted in our commitment to community and aspiration, this initiative reflects the Lammas vision of education as a partnership between school and home.

We are proud of the growing enthusiasm from families, and we look forward to continuing to support our students’ development in ways that extend beyond the classroom.

We would love for you to take part in the next session, if you are interested please contact the school office to register.
