Weāre pleased to share the success of our recent Scholastic Book Fair, which brought in an impressive Ā£405.99 in total sales. As a result we have secured Ā£162.40 worth of rewards to invest in brand new books for our school library, directly supporting our commitment to fostering a strong reading culture across all year groups.
A special thank you goes to Ms Martin for organising the event, and to all the pupils, families and staff who supported the fair by shopping with us. Every book bought helps us to build a richer, more diverse library for our school.
Looking ahead, our next Book Fair will run for a full week from Thursday 26th June. We encourage everyone to get involved again and help us continue growing our reading offer.
In the meantime, weāre calling on our school community: if you have any young adult books at home in good condition, think Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Tom Gates, Alex Rider, Young Bond, and similar titles, weād love to give them a new life on our shelves. Donations can be brought to reception at any time.
